Make More Money as a Passionate Blogger
If you want to build make money blogs, you’ll want to consider your personal passions.
If you think that seems a little sentimental for the dollars and cents world of marketing, think again. Why should you really care about something as unquantifiable as your emotions? If the numbers add up, a good niche is a good niche, regardless of whether you’re fascinated or repelled by it, right?
Not quite!
It’s a simple fact that marketers who feel passionate about their topics tend to earn more than others do. There are some very persuasive reasons to choose a blogging niche that resonates with you in a meaningful way. Let’s consider four of them.
First, you’re more likely to create quality content that really answers the concerns of those looking for relevant information. If you really know your topic, you’re less likely to supply inaccurate information. You’re also more likely to supply content that connects with the audience. When you’re passionate, you’re simply a better all-around blogger and you’ll be better able to make money online.
Additionally, you’re more likely to keep your project moving forward when you care about it. Motivation is a big part of successful blogging and those who work with their passions tend to find that motivation at a level others don’t. Blogging isn’t something you can just do once before moving on to something else. Success relies on updates and ongoing attention. Failing to consider your passions can prevent you from seeing your blogging efforts through to the point of completion.
Third, making money in a niche you love opens doors to other opportunities. When you care about your niche, you may find new ways to build your business that you’d miss in a less interesting niche. If you’re not really interested in widgets, you’re not going to discover some great ways to maximize the value of your widget blog. You’ll overlook opportunities to interest, excite and motivate your readers. You just won’t see all of the possibilities if you’re bored with your niche. If you’re actually passionate about your niche, you’ll naturally discover new ideas and ways to improve your blogging business.
Finally, it’s fun. It’s just more enjoyable to work with your passions. We all want to start making money online with our blogging. That doesn’t mean we need to measure those returns exclusively in terms of dollars and cents. Why shouldn’t we strive to make money and to have fun at the same time?
When you make a choice about your blogging projects, consider the way you feel about the niches. Go beyond simply getting rid of options that are patently unappealing. Choose niches that really interest and excite you. You can improve your business on multiple fronts by following your passions.
Boosting Your Profits with the Ideal WordPress Theme
Strength, Capabilities and a Concern
What started as a nifty system for blog owners currently is a highly regarded content management system. We’re discussing WordPress, a free tool that will help transform just about anyone into a proficient web based publisher.
WordPress makes it simple to develop websites. It makes it easy to add or update articles and other content. It’s google and yahoo oriented, wildly supported and is adaptable enough to address nearly every endeavor. As a result, its popularity keeps growing at a swift speed. It boasts a number of themes, supplying its end users the option to develop internet sites with an infinite number of appearances and properties.
Although WordPress is fabulous, it is not perfect. You are able to use it to do pretty much anything at all, some chores are harder than others are. WordPress hasn’t totally fled from its origins as a blogging service. As a result, many of the internet websites persons generate with WordPress look less like static web sites and more like personal blogs. That can be particularly troublesome for web entrepreneurs, who have a range of distinct requirements that do not conveniently fit in the themes preferred by the majority of WordPress themes. That has resulted in the invention of custom theme engines like AuthorityPro.
Getting More from WordPress
You’ll find several WordPress themes that duplicate the look and sense of static sites. They are an acceptable solution for many chores. Still, these types of themes tend not to boast the versatility necessary to manage various web marketing purposes. They might also lack the looks one would expect from a high quality web-site.
That leaves online marketers who would like to harness the strength of WordPress with just a few choices. Either they can develop into skilled theme developers or they can utilize a impressive theme creation engine to make the sort of web sites they require to get the most desirable final results.
Mastering the nuances of WordPress and coding doesn’t excite a good number of marketers. They’re more enthusiastic about rapidly making and implementing money making undertakings. They’re not really enthusiastic about the thought of becoming designers or programmers. Only those who already possess a great deal of expertise in these subjects will be interested in developing customized themes for their plans.
A theme engine makes more sense. A theme engine is a exceptionally easy to customize WordPress theme that may be tweaked to serve a range of particular jobs. A marketing expert can utilize a good engine to produce themes with different website page layouts and styles, making use of necessary tools.
If you have ever tried to make a engaging squeeze page with a typical WordPress theme, you know that it’s nearly impossible. Even some of the more versatile premium themes cannot get the job done. A superior theme engine, however, can make it painless to create a powerful squeeze page, a dazzling sales page, good looking supporting pages, sign up documents and almost everything else necessary to transform a raw concept into a money maker. The right theme engine can make it easy to make the most of sign up forms, video footage, audio and additional marketing components, as well.
The Ultimate WordPress Theme
The ideal WordPress theme is much more than one theme. It’s a tool that can permit you to create the web pages you must have to realize success. A smart theme engine will provide you with the ability to customize, good quality design and style elements, versatility, full compatibility with critical resources, and fantastic ease of use.
The WordPress Authority Pro engine, by way of example, is able to score on every one of these levels. It can make it achievable for online marketers to build page styles by dragging and dropping personalized elements. It features collection of potent customized widgets, works well with almost all of the most well-known Internet marketing tools and maintains the ease-of-use new WordPress users demand.

Joint Ventures The Next Step
You can generate a decent income with your own product. If you create a rock-solid product and do all of the right things in terms of
promotion, you will generate sales. If you find a sweet spot in the market, your product can become relatively successful.
If you’re flying solo, however, you won’t reach your full sales potential. The most successful internet marketers realize that it’s easier to achieve success if you’re traveling with joint venture partners. There’s no substitute for good partners when it comes to making big money.
How many more sales could you make if you had a team of big-time marketers aggressively promoting your product? Can you imagine what would happen if you had some of these well-known forces backing your product? Now, think about the impact having several top marketers as partners could mean to you!
The Power of Joint Ventures
You must have an affiliate program if you have your own product. When other people are pushing your product, the sales figures naturally inflate. A run-of-the-mill affiliate program isn’t enough, though. You want more than a handful of marketers pitching your product as a part of their overall business plan. You want to establish relationships with the kind of marketers who can really make a difference.
That’s what joint ventures are all about. If you can persuade talented marketers to promote your product in a concerted and serious manner, the sky really is the limit. If you’re serious about getting the most out of your product and your IM business, you need to be serious about joint ventures.
Unfortunately, making those connections and setting up those joint ventures isn’t always easy. It can be hard to recruit JV partners if you and your product aren’t known commodities. People approach the large list holders every single day with invitations to promote products. If you want to get things moving, you need a good JV proposal that will interest the kind of partners you need.
Too many marketers think of a joint venture partnership as nothing more than a slight variation on the standard affiliate program. That’s a doomed strategy. You can’t hope to build quality joint ventures unless you have a smart, specific plan. You need to approach the process the right way.
What You Need for Joint Ventures Success
Building joint ventures the smart way requires a few things. First, you must understand the different ways to structure a JV Second, you need to understand how to build JVs that will benefit both parties. Third, you must figure out how to make connections with the people you need as JV partners. Fourth, you should know the tricks of the Joint Ventures trade–the various ways to transform a ho-hum offering into something thrilling. Fifth, you must be secure in your ability to organize, administer and implement the joint venture plan.
If you don’t handle all of those areas correctly, you won’t get the results you need.
In other words, you need to go to JV school if you’re serious about making the most money possible from your product.
You could try to learn the ropes on your own, of course. Be prepared to experience at least a few failures before things get moving if you take that route. One slip along the way is all it takes to derail an otherwise promising JV plan.
That’s why you should seriously consider learning the details of JV construction and implementation from someone with extensive experience. This is one area of internet marketing that really calls for assistance and instruction. This is an area of IM that truly justifies an investment in quality training. You should make a point of finding proven JV recommendations and information.
Once you’ve learned the ropes and have a good blueprint in your hands, you can use internet marketing joint ventures to transform your product into the next Big Thing!
Don’t Go Broke Trying to Build an Online Business

Trying to Buy Success
How much are you spending to learn the tricks of the Internet marketing trade? Are you depleting your checking account as you search for the ideal internet money plan? Are you becoming an IM product addict, investing your cash in anything and everything that might improve you bottom line?
You’re not the only one convinced that the only way to make money involves spending it in copious quantities. Far too many Internet marketers are doing the exact same thing.
And that’s totally understandable. It’s perfectly reasonable to purchase new products and information to refine your already-successful business. There’s nothing crazy about acquiring new information and products in order to stay abreast of changes in the business. Making those purchases before you have a profitable business is a different matter, though.
Buying new tools to stay ahead of the games is very different from desperately making purchases in hopes of finding base-level success.
You want to handle this the right way. You want to avoid being the serial buyer whose efforts only add to his or her debt.
Making Smart Purchases
How can you avoid dumping too much cash into things you don’t really need? It starts by building a rock-solid foundation. If you strip away all of the details, tricks, options and creative new ideas from Internet marketing, it’s a simple proposition.
You need to have something to sell. You must have a way to sell the product. You need to bring traffic to your the site you’ll use to make sales.
That’s IM in a nutshell. All of what you do needs to relate directly to one or more of those core basics.
So, you must work to create a strong presence on all three of those fronts. When you buy something, it must directly address one of those three foundational needs.
Before you start reaching for details, tweaks, adjustments and tricks, you need to develop your core means of making online money. You can start experiencing real IM success after that foundation is in place. Then, you can pay for those new products with house money instead of digging a hole for yourself.
Building a Smart Foundation
You can start building that money making foundation without going broke in the process. This is what you need to do.
- Learn how Internet marketing works on a holistic, big picture level. You need to hear, straight from the proverbial horse’s mouth, how things fit together and what really works.
- Focus on ways to boost traffic. Traffic is one of the three core needs mentioned above. It’s also the most important one you’ll address. Until you have adequate traffic, you won’t be able to find out if your products are attractive or if your copy is converting. You need as much traffic as you can get–and you need it quickly.
- Secure ongoing support. A smart ebook can be worth its weight in gold. Instructional videos can really help. However, there’s nothing like developing an ongoing connection with a coach or mentor who has a history of success and a willingness to show you the ropes. Quality ongoing coaching makes the learning curve less steep and prevents you from wasting time, energy and resources on things you don’t need.
- Don’t overexpose yourself. You want to meet your objectives without risking significant losses. Find opportunities to get the essentials at bargain prices. Look for a business coaching program or mentoring arrangement that doesn’t cost more than you can afford.
How and why to build an email list

If you’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it a million times. The money is in the list. List marketing is probably the most powerful way to create a profitable home based business. You must learn how to build a list in order to reach your potential.
Why it works
Marketing research reveals that most people don’t make a purchase after one exposure to a marketing message. Repeated encounters are a key to generating sales. The best way to reach someone more than once is by making them a part of your subscriber list.
Additionally, people are more prone to spend their money with people the trust and know. List building allows you to build a relationship with your subscribers. That increases your credibility, producing more sales.
How to do it
Building a list is a rock-solid way to take advantage of a good home based business opportunities online, and it beings with a single simple page – the squeeze page. A squeeze page exists to do one thing and one thing only. It should persuade the reader to become part of your list. Anything else is completely extraneous.
In most cases, marketers encourage list opt-ins by offering something of value to the prospective customer in exchange for their contact information. This time-tested strategy can substantially boost your bottom line.
A great inducement isn’t enough to get the best results, however. It’s also critical to put together a squeeze page in the right manner. There are proven ways to build an optimal squeeze page. You should adopt those winning strategies. That means you’ll want to follow these three guidelines.
Squeeze page basics
First, your squeeze page should be free of all outgoing links with the exception of the “submit” button on your sign up form. You don’t want to provide your prospective customers with an “escape route” or distractions that may reduce conversions.
Second, the squeeze page should feature a powerful, brief message. You want people to take advantage of your inducement and to become a subscriber, not to complicate the situation. Remember, your squeeze page exists solely to generate sign ups. You should choose every word with that goal in mind.
Third, you need to treat the sign up process like a sale – you must “close the deal”. That means that you will need to make a strong, persuasive call to action as part of your sign up form. Make it clear to readers that they’ll benefit from the simple, free act of filling out your subscriber form.
Summary
A good inducement and a squeeze page built with these three recommendations will get the job done. That will give you the opportunity to develop an effective relationship with prospects. You’ll also be able to put your message in front of subscribers repeatedly.
You will dramatically improve your business by using these email list building secrets. The best marketers in the business rely on list building for a reason. The money really is in the list!
Get indexed, get ranked, get traffic
December 13, 2010 by Dustman

No one can deny that you need traffic to your website in order to succeed online. And free traffic beats everything else. So where do we get free traffic? Google and other search engines.
How does free search engine traffic work?
This is something you’ve experienced first hand countless times. You load up Google or another search engine. Type in something you’re looking for. And click one of the links that shows up. Well, the link you clicked on just send free traffic to that website owner. What need to figure out is how to get you free traffic.
If you’re like most people you only click links on the first page or two. In fact, the first page of results receives almost all the free traffic. And what’s more, the first 3 get over 70% of the clicks.
This means that to get any real traffic you need to be on the first page in Google. And that means you need to be “ranked” in the top 10 by Google. Which brings up..
What is SEO?
SEO means that your website is clearly about something specific, Google knows that that is and thinks others will agree and find your site useful. It’s a complex formula that only people working for Google know exactly. However, we do know a few things that count.
Getting indexed
Before your website can begin gaining ranking, you have to alert Google to it’s existence. This is called getting “indexed.” When your website gets indexed, Google stores information about it in their massive database.
Google needs to actually find your site in order to index it. And the best way for Google to find you is to get inbound links from other sites. Since some of these site will already be indexed, Google will follow the links on their pages and find you.
A couple of great places to do this are in your Twitter or Facebook profiles. Google visits these sites many times every day. So your new link will get indexed very quickly.
Gaining ranking
Once you have been indexed, you will start working on increasing your rank. Due to the massive size of the Google database – literally billions of pages – just getting indexed doesn’t do much for you.
There are three components of gaining ranking:
- Content
- Links
- Activity
Great content
This is also called on-page SEO. It’s critical that your page content is consistent with the keyword phrases you’re targeting. Clearly this article is about search engine optimization. One reason Google knows this is because the words search engine optimization appear inside it. And another way this is determined is by the other related phrases like traffic generation that are also in the article.
In addition to the content on the page, other things to keep in mind are the title tags on the page, and the domain name itself. Each of these plays a roles in Google determination about your site.
Link strategy
Next, you need to pay attention to the links to and from your site. The links to your site, as well as the sites you link to are important. With inbound links, you want to have more coming in than going out. The more inbound links you have the better your ranking will be.
One great way to get lots of inbound links is through web 2.0 sites. With this strategy what you do is write an article about the topic you’re targeting. Then you have to create multiple versions of this articles. Because you’re going to post a unique copy of it to lots of different websites. And quantity is the key here – so do lots and lots.
Make your site active
And lastly, it’s seems clear that Google expects important pages to be actively updated. A page that was created 3 years ago and hasn’t been touched since won’t rank well. Google expects you to be updating your site regularly. RSS feeds are an easy way to keep your content changing.
Comments from other people on your page are another fantastic way to keep your content updated. So, obviously, you need to get people to visit your site on your own, too. One simple method for doing this is to use forums.
Create profiles on lots of forums about your site’s topic. And post their often. And link back to yourself in your signature file. This generates even more links back to your site. And it also gets people to your web page.
Conclusion
It’s important that you do everything listed here. But let’s face it, writing multiple versions of the same article. Creating profiles on a ton of forums. And posting your articles and comments takes a lot of time. Which means you probably won’t end up doing it.
The good news is that there are automated software programs out there that will do this for you. So my best advice is to automate as much of this as you can. Otherwise, you won’t do it at all. And if you don’t do it, you simply will not ever get free traffic from Google.
Affiliate Marketing Revised
December 3, 2010 by Dustman

OK, forget everything you know about affiliate marketing. The simple truth is that the old rules no longer apply. And if you don’t change your tactics, you cannot survive.
The big lie
You’ve probably heard how easy it is to start an affiliate business. This is partially true. It is the easiest business you can possibly start. But “easier” doesn’t mean “easy”.
Here’s the ugly truth
And to make matters worse, you’ve taught to do it the hard way. The first thing you’re taught is to pick some great products. Next to look for easy keywords to target. Then to use keyword-based advertising to send visitors to the product. And finally get a fat check for all the sales. But, it’s all wrong.
Forget keywords
There was a time when this worked. But the competition has shot the price of keywords through the roof. So, throw it all away.
A brand new formula
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Follow this method and win again…
- Start using CPA marketing
- Instead of researching keywords, research demographics
- Do image ad marketing
Do CPA marketing instead of product promotion
CPA means Cost Per Action. It’s so much easier than promoting products. Because your visitor doesn’t have to buy anything. You earn a commission for having them perform an “action”. Such as filling in a form. And getting them to do this is so much easier.
Do demographics research
Don’t waste time researching keywords (see below). So spend your time doing demographics research. First, select the CPA offer you want to promote. Then go to a site like Quantcast.com. And find your target demographic.
Do image ad marketing
So you know what your promoting and you know who will be interested. You can target these exact demographics on display networks. And use images as your ads. No keywords required. The biggest advantage is price. Image ad clicks are much cheaper.
In closing
This is powerful method to make money online. Because it’s free to get started in CPA. You can buy image ad clicks for a fraction of keyword ad clicks. Display networks let you do demographics targeting. And getting them to take an action is much easier than making a sale.
7 reasons why you MUST have your own info product
December 1, 2010 by Dustman

Make Your Own Info Product.
Answer this question: What is the number one reason people get online everyday? The answer is simple – they’re looking for
information. This is so ubiquitous a quest that Google handles 400 million queries a day! OK, so what’s it to you? It means that you have a massive opportunity to give people exactly what they’re looking for – information. And when done correctly, you can get paid for it, too!
Info marketing 101
First of all, an info product business is the least complex business possible. You develop your own info product that is nothing more than information. And then sell it to people who want to learn the info in it. Sounds simple enough, right?
Market Your Own Info Product.
You’ve got the basic concept – exchange info for money. In order to be successful people need to want the information you’re providing. So the key is to figure out what people want. How can you find out what people want?
One easy way to figure it out is with a simple search. Visit answers.yahoo.com or similar sites and see what kinds of questions people are asking. You want to find something a lot of people are asking about. That people are having trouble solving. And solve the problem for them by writing your own info product on it.
Think about this:
If you’re worried about how to write and ebook. Put it this way: An info product is just a bunch of articles strung together. So instead of sitting down to write the whole thing. Focus on one article at a time. And when you have a collection, expand and embellish them and put them together into an ebook.
OK, what’s so hot about digital products? Funny you should ask . . . How about 7 reasons why:
1. Simplicity
Once it’s built it runs pretty much on it’s own. Custom support is all but non-existent. So you can just set it up and let it run. You’re building a completely automated business.
You have no physical inventory. You don’t have to ship anything. It’s digital.
2. Repurposing
After you’ve created a few ebooks. You can put together bigger more expensive information products. It’s a simple matter to merge a few ebooks into one. And you’ll be able to charge much more for this “new” product. Your customers will gladly pay more for a single bigger ebook. Instead of several small ebooks.
3. Resellers
Since it’s your product, you can offer other people the resale rights. Resell rights are very hot right now, because most people simply don’t have the time, money and effort it takes to create their own products. And the best part is you’re selling the same info product . . . but for 3 times the price for the rights!
4. Leverage
It’s your content, so you can use it in as many different ways as you want. Take parts of your own info product and turn it into a email training series. You can use this to build a list that you can marketing to again and again.
5. More leverage
You can also take parts of your ebook and turn it into smaller eBooks. These reports can then become lead generators for your ebook. You can give them away or even charge a small amount for them. And you’re creating targeted leads for your main product all along. You can even make these viral by allowing your affiliates to give them away. Which brings us to…
6. Affiliates
This is a real power strategy. Once you have your own product. You can get other people to promote it for you. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a bunch of other people doing your marketing for you? You can’t do this unless you have your own product.
7. Joint Ventures
Last, but definitely not least… Joint ventures are the biggest short cut to success known to man. So, I’d say this is the most important reason to have you own products. Because if you don’t have your own info product, you’ve got nothing to JV.
Summing it up
If you don’t want to sell digital products by now, then you haven’t been paying attention. You’ll become the ruler of your own fate. Because you’re the boss! So, decide to just start:
- Head over to Yahoo! answers
- Discover what questions are being asked
- Start writing
